Ordering Information
Here at Sarah's Spa Creations we want you to enjoy your well deserved spa
treats. Below we have outlined ordering information and policies in order to
provide you with superior customer service and products.
Placing an Order
To place an order via our website simply place the desired items in the shopping
cart by clicking 'add to cart' or by selecting your desired fragrance from the
pull down menu. When you have finished selecting your products you may proceed
to our secure checkout system. We currenlty accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
and American Express, as well as, paypal, and money orders. After you fill out
your contact information and hit submit you will be directed to our payment
page hosted by paypal. Here you will enter your credit card information, or
select to pay via your paypal account. You do not need a paypal account to
purchase our products.
Order Confiramtion
After your payment has been processed by our cart you will receive an email
confirmation of your order.
Gift Packaging
Sarah's Spa Creations knows that the gift starts with the packaging. That is why
we provide all our customers with the option of complimentary gift packaging.
We offer beautiful gift boxes wrapped with ornate orgaza ribbon. If you wish to
include sentiments please type them out(exactly as you wish them written) in
our Notes section at checkout.
Samples
Getting more than you expect is always a treat. That is why we include with
every order some of our newest products, and a sampling of great products from
other women owned businesses on the web.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your cart by entering your zipcode in
the shopping cart.
To provide our customers with the highest in quality our products are made to
order and will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that certian
times of the year, such as, Valentines day, Mothers day, and Christmas, our
shipping times will be longer. If you require immediate assistance please call

Sarah's Spa Creations ships all packages via UPS unless prior arrangements have
been made. At this time we do not ship overseas. If you wish to purchase our
products and are outside the US please contact us for a list of our
international distributors
Sales Tax
Sarah's Spa Creations is required to collect sales tax for all items shipped to
Minnesota and Wisconsin addresses.
Return Policy
We know you'll like our products. That's why all our products are backed by a
100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied simply return
it to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that we
cannot refund any shipping charges. Please call us at 763-493-8947 for a return
number. If you have received products that have been damaged in shipment you
must notify us within 48 hours and keep all packaging material in order for us
to file an insurance claim with the shipper.
